Just wanted to thank you for the Reminders. 

Also use those yello Smiley post-it's, and also use possible negative thoughts as a challenge to formulate the opposite. For example when I thought about how impossible it would be to get visitors to my Blog I was inspired to invent a Syndicated Column (HP's Happy Vibe) You can find it at:
