New Year’s Resolution: Be Happier!

Struggling to identify a New Year’s resolution for 2007? Why not try to be happier? All goals, no matter what they are, lead to one ultimate purpose, to make you happier. There is no exception to this rule. Do you want to earn more money in 2007? Maybe you want to lose weight? Maybe you want to find a steady boyfriend? The ultimate purpose of all of these goals is your greater happiness.

So why not seek to achieve happiness directly? There are specific, learnable happiness skills. These skills are easy to discover, but they may take a lifetime to master. Why not start today?

 On another note, I have started reading a book called Happiness: A History. It promises to be very good. A link to the book is below.
