Byron Katie on YouTube.com
I wanted to mention that there are some great new Byron Katie video’s on YouTube.com. The video below is the one where Byron Katie is doing The Work in a prison.
Watching the video below is good because it provides a reminder about how important it is to accept reality. The video is also a good refresher on Byron Katie’s four questions and the turnaround technique.
I think that what is so compelling about this video is the simplicity of the problem. The problem that is dealt with is widely applicable. I also like that when I first watch the video I think it is the prisoner that needs Byron Katie’s advice, but after I think about it, really it is me who needs to heed Byron Katie’s advice.
