Take a Joy Break

ZenChillCom at Blogspot discusses taking a joy break regularly as a way to achieve greater happiness. Sometimes you need to slow down and appreciate what you have in the moment. Schedule Joy Breaks into your life. Take 5 minutes out of every hour and focus only on what you love about life.

During your joy break you might visualize a faraway paradise, or you might take time to laugh and see what is funny about the current situation. You might simply smile during your joy break.
