Invincible Happiness
We live our lives second by second. A lifetime is made up of years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds. If we want a happy life, then we must focus on having a happy year, and in that year focus on having happy months, and so on. A happy life depends on how we live each second of our lives.
How are you spending your precious seconds? How happy are you this second? Now, how happy are you this second?
Do you want to know how to become invincible? Focus on each second of your life and make the effort in that second to act in the best way that you can. Improve the quality of your life by improving the quality of every second.
How do you achieve invincible happiness? Use the same technique, focus on being happy every second of your life. Start your life again, every second of the day. The past is the past, it no longer exists. The past only exists as a story you tell yourself, and you are in charge of the story. Physically the past is gone - never to return. Continually re-focus on the present and see the new opportunities in the future, second by second.
Invincible happiness requires that you continually focus on the present and make the conscious decision again and again to be happy in the moment. There is no other way.

Great post Miguel. I always say that the your past is your story and can be dropped at any time. Also people say, ‘today is the first day of the rest of my life’ when really every second provides the opportunity to be the start of a new life.
