You are perfect, yet you do not realize it.

You live in paradise, yet you do not realize it.

Right now, you are probably sitting at your computer reading this blog. Stop for a moment and look around. Compared to the troubles of 90% of the people in the world, you have it pretty good.

In fact, you have it great!

Think about tomorrow. What do you really have to do tomorrow? What must you absolutely do? Chances are you can get by without doing anything.

1. You are exactly where you need to be right now. How do I know? I know because you are here.
2. You are doing exactly what you need to do. How do I know? You are doing it.
3. Right now, in this moment, you are living your purpose. You live it every moment of every day, there is no confusion.
4. You have all the knowledge, skills and abilities that you need. How do I know? You have them.
5. You have exactly as much money as you need. How do I know? You have it.

You are perfect. Sit with this fact for a moment.

Take the time to breath.

Feel your concerns melt away. Relax.

Who says you must “improve” yourself constantly anyway? Can you absolutely know that this is true? How do you know what it is exactly you must improve? Can you really know what you must improve?  

Recognize that you live in paradise. All around you is the perfection of nature.

The source of your pain is not physical it is emotional. Emotional pain constantly whips you into unthinking action everyday. The pain keeps you moving forward towards “improving” your life situation. The fact is, however, that no matter what your life situation, you can be happy.

You can be happy no matter what.

Root out the false beliefs that keep you from recognizing your perfection. Root out the false beliefs that keep you in emotional pain. Root out the beliefs that keep you from realizing that you live in paradise.

Examine your painful beliefs in the light of inquiry. Are these painful beliefs really true? Can you absolutely know that they are true?
