Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics explains that just men perform just acts. Could this line of reasoning be true for happy men as well? Do happy men perform happy acts?

What are some possible examples of happy acts?

1. Smiling
2. Laughing
3. The mental act of thinking positive
4. Enthusiasm
5. Telling funny and inspiring stories

In your experience, what acts do you see happy people perform?

It makes sense to model happy people. Look around you; find the happiest person in the room. Get close to these happy people. Mimic what they do and say.
