Be Happy In Front of Mirrors
Being happy in front of mirrors is a great way to boost your level of happiness.
When we look in the mirror, we see ourselves as we are in the present. Over time, we develop our self-image, a way of thinking about ourselves. If we smile in the mirror, our brain sees us as a person who smiles.
The great thing about mirrors is that it is easy to remember to smile when we are in front of them. Many of us already have this habit. Seeing our reflection in the mirror often makes us want to smile.
Smiling in the mirror creates memories of ourselves being happy, so we are more inclined to think that we are happy.

When I look in the mirror when I’m alone, I think I am pretty and I like myself. If I look in the mirror in a public restroom, I think I am funny looking, and I don’t like my reflection very much.
