Is Wealth only Money?
I often fail to realize that wealth is more than simply having money. In fact, you don’t really need money to feel wealthy. Real wealth is a function of your health, social relationships, work and your ability to have fun.
Do the coins in my pocket have the power to make me feel upset? No. I could, however, give those coins that power.
The number of coins in my pocket changes over time, sometimes I have lots of money, and sometimes very little money. To what extent is my attitude dependant on the number of coins in my pocket?
Is it possible to feel poor, yet have lots of money compared to others? Yes.
If feeling wealthy does not depend on how much money you have, then on what does feeling wealthy depend? Your choice, you can choose to feel wealthy by adopting a perspective that helps you to see the overflowing wealth that you have all the time. Fully appreciate how wealthy you are right now.
