					<description>Miguel, I have been using EFT over the past few months to help with anxiety, sadness, and stress.  I must say that I have had great success with it, as I now feel much calmer, more peaceful, and able to tackle problems without the burden of making myself physically ill over them.  I'll be interested in reading other comments, as I like to hear about others' experiences with EFT.</description>
