Happiness is About Managing Your Focus

Being happy requires that you manage your focus.

In the universe there are an infinite number of facts that you can concentrate on. And, for every fact, there are an infinite number of perspectives that you can bring to your attention.

The facts that you must consider every day are not totally under your control. There are some facts of reality that exist in your life that you must consider (e.g., work, hunger). However, you do have total control over what perspective you take about those facts.

Take control of your life by choosing to the extent possible what facts you consider. And, if you must consider a fact, then take control by choosing the perspectives surrounding that fact.

I believe that happiness involves the little things in life. Remembering the little things that make you happy will take you a long way.
