I found this recent article about measuring happiness intriguing. The article suggested a possible way that one could measure happiness, namely by recording:
-The percentage of nutritious food consumed daily-The regularity of body exercise-The duration of sleep-The frequency of smiles
Regarding the outward and external measurement of happiness, I think that this set of criteria is pretty good. [...]
