Imagine this situation:

On your left side is a deranged criminal pointing a gun directly at your head. The criminal demands that you be happy all day long today or else he will pull the gun’s trigger.

On your right side is Donald Trump. In Trump’s hand is his business checkbook. Trump says that he will deposit 5 million dollars (tax free) into your bank account if you can show him that you can be happy all day long today.

Is being unhappy today worth sacrificing your own life?
