					<description>Great post Miguel and thanks for the inspiration! So true! I'd like to add the fact that when we make the inner decisions you laid out so well at this site -- that chemical hormones are revved up in the brain to bring about the predicted results. 

This can work against happiness (as a result of cortisol) and it can work for happiness (as a result of seritonin). Just another wee angle to the interesting discussion here - because people can use their brain chemicals for amazing results! What do you think?</description>
