My husband calls the human problem of an overabundance of options &quot;Option Paralysis.&quot; We have so much to choose from that we become unable to make a choice.  We wind up with a whole lot of nothing!

So true.  Wouldn&#039;t we all be happier if we could narrow our focus?  That&#039;s the first step to becoming happier - figuring out what it is that we really value and then focusing on those things.
